The Office Social Rules

The Office Social is an adult lifestyle social club in Chicago where on-premise play is allowed. Below are the rules to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all participants:

  1. Respect for Single Ladies: Single ladies are highly respected in The Office Social Community. Stalking or harassment of single ladies is never permitted and, if excessive, can result in temporary or permanent suspension of a couple's membership.

  2. Privacy and Confidentiality: The Office Social does not release a guest's private information to other guests, nor does The Office Social sell guest information. To contact another guest, you will need to ask the guest directly at a The Office Social party.

  3. Arrival and Departure for Couples: Couples should arrive and depart the event together.

  4. Consent is Mandatory: No means no. If someone tells you no, respect this decision. Please ask for the consent of others before touching, whether you are a man or a woman.

  5. Respect the Venue: Respect The Office Social venue at all times by keeping it clean and picking up after yourself. If you have an accident, clean it up and/or notify staff for assistance.

  6. Dignity and Conduct: All guests should respect the dignity of others. Rude conduct toward guests or staff will not be permitted.

  7. Play Area Etiquette: If you enter a play area and are not playing, whisper or remain silent. Do not invade the personal space of others while they are playing. If in doubt, ask if they would like your company.

  8. Neighborhood Respect: Keep your voice down outside and respect the neighborhood.

  9. Drug-Free and Safe Environment: The Office Social has a no-tolerance policy for drugs or prostitution.

  10. No Cameras or Recording Devices: Cameras, cell phone cameras, or recording devices are not permitted.

  11. Intoxication Policy: Overly intoxicated guests will be asked to leave the party area or denied entrance.

  12. Promoting Competing Events: Promoting competing events or services (paid or free) at The Office Social or on The Office Social network may result in membership suspension. Advertising parties on the same weekend as a The Office Social Event will result in immediate account review.

  13. Legal Liability and Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold the club, its management, staff, agents, and venues harmless from any claim or damages (including legal fees) made by yourself or a third party for any loss, damage, injury, or harm suffered by them or their property, however caused.

  14. Acting in Good Faith: At The Office Social events, you are expected to act in good faith toward all members and never engage in illegal or harmful behavior toward others. Failure to comply will result in a lifetime ban.

  15. No Refund Policy: There are no refunds for any reason.

  16. Inclusivity and Welcome: Everyone, regardless of gender, orientation, or body type, is welcome and will be treated with respect.

  17. Guidance for New Members: New members are encouraged to ask questions and seek guidance from staff or seasoned members to help ease their entry into the community.

  18. Emergency Assistance: In case of an emergency, contact staff immediately for assistance.

  19. Conflict Resolution: Any disputes or violations of the rules will be addressed through a formal review process, which may include warnings, mediation, or account suspension.

By attending The Office Ent events, you agree to abide by these rules to maintain the safety, respect, and enjoyment of all participants.
